GRADING

With the building pads compacted and set at the right elevations, the foundation outlines get chalked out for digging in a couple days.

We decided to do the perimeter site walls before digging the building footings while we have good access to this area.

We used Post Master fence posts and embedded them in the concrete curb to give us a strong fence anchor down the road. These things cost a bit more but make fence building much easier later on and add strength that won’t rot or be eaten by termites.
